One of the biggest problems in United States is affordable housing right now. Problem is many are looking for housing but due to zoning laws far lower number of homes were built for these people. This has lead to huge price hikes for each home. For example in California the median house price in 2020 has increased to $750000. Also in California close to 650,000 we’re looking for new homes, and yet only 110,000 new homes were build. These have lead to the state’s massive homeless crisis.
Hopefully with this great and affordable house we can finally address the housing crisis.
